(This is a "template" deposit agreement to be used if you are thinking of depositing your records with a local archives, museum or libray. Please remember that if you do, a microfilm copy of the records must also be deposited with The Presbyterian Church in Canada Archives).

This 40 page, illustrated booklet has been published by the Archives and the Committee on History of The Presbyterian Church in Canada and is available from the PCC Bookroom for only $10.00 (including GST).

Written by Mr. Andy den Otter, Professor of History at Memorial University, St. John's, Newfoundland, and Ms. Kim Arnold, Archivist and Records Administrator, it provides advice and helpful hints on how to plan, research and write a history of your congregation, and how to create a congregational archives and preserve your historical records.
